Spencer Linton is from Clinton, Utah. He loves his family, basically every sport, cars, car shopping, shoes, a good suit, music, traveling, marble tracks, most junk foods, and having a clean house. He has been married to Brittany Linton for more than twelve years with two boys, Jax and Jett, and he speaks conversationally fluent Korean. Spencer has spent over a decade in commercial television or at BYUtv. He graduated from BYU in April 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in communications (broadcast emphasis). Shortly thereafter, he began his professional career as the weeknight sportscaster at KJCT News 8 (ABC) in Grand Junction, CO, followed by KESQ News Channel 3 (ABC) in the Southern California desert cities. After just over three years in California, a phone call with an old friend (Jarom Jordan) opened up a conversation about an opportunity with BYUtv.
