Put the Pedal to the Metal!
Explorer Colin O’Brady hosts the Dixons from Austin, Texas, and the Purefoys from Broadnax, Virginia, on a challenging three-day, 24-mile trek through one of the most diverse and dangerous landscapes in the country. The Dixons are looking to go out of their comfort zone and see how they react as individuals and as a family to the extreme environment. The Purefoys are hoping this adventure can bring a family getting torn apart back. The families will compete in survival challenges of fire, water, and food before grabbing all the essential items they need to survive their trek over a dangerous lava field, their high speed race across the barren windswept desert in All-Terrain Vehicles, and their brutal final climb up an unforgiving rocky mountain. The family that can overcome their personal struggles and the natural obstacles first will claim the $10,000 prize!
