Some States are Trying to Create Their Own Precipitation Through Cloud Seeding. But Does It Actually Work?

Scientists in several western states are actively manipulating the weather. They’re trying to get it to rain or snow by shooting silver iodide up into the clouds. It’s called cloud seeding. Sounds crazy that anyone has the power to change the weather, but could it help fight the effects of climate change?
