Remember when there were shows on television about good music? Not the sensational, artificial, sleazy reality shows that air all day on those "music" networks now. Not melodramatic talent contests. Not lurid biographies about 80s hair bands. No, there were once popular programs that actually celebrated great, independent music and the talented artists who create it.

Music fans, take heart! AUDIO-FILES is a new 30-minute television show premiering April 10 on BYUtv that goes backstage with some of the industry's most acclaimed musicians. The series is a visual mix-tape of authentic stories, original ideas and eclectic people -- with each track devoted to the same love: music. Sold out shows, personal interviews, intimate acoustic recordings and exposure to new music all make this show a complete sensory experience.

So tune in to BYUtv on Tuesday, April 10, at 8:30pm ET/6:30pm MT to watch the series premiere of AUDIO-FILES, featuring Imagine Dragons. Other musical artists coming to the show this season include Neon Trees, Mason Jennings, Paper Route, Joshua James, LOW and Youth Lagoon.
