In the classic carol I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day, the narrator bemoans humanity's cynicism and confusion: "For hate is strong and mocks the song, Of peace on earth, good will to men." Here at BYUtv we endeavor to see the good in the world, and there is no better time than during the Christmas season.

This month, BYUtv is partnering with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir to provide a unique way to celebrate the season with one of the world's most beloved musical compositions, Handel's Messiah.

We know this is a time when many of you share Christmas greetings with friends and family members online. After you watch the Choir's video below, we challenge you to spread this unique Christmas message by sharing it! Post it on your Facebook Wall, embed it in your blog, send it in a holiday email. We want to provide you with this stirring musical performance so you can feel and spread the spirit of the season.

This month, and together with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, we can all "[peal] the bells more loud and deep. God is not dead, nor doth He sleep. The wrong shall fail, the right prevail With peace on earth, good will to men."
